NATHAN- FOUNDER
Nathan has been closely connected to the care sector from a young age, growing up in an environment where compassion, support and dignity were at the heart of everyday life. Over the years he has contributed to various departments within care and gained a deep understanding of the importance of meaningful engagement. It's through this experience that Nathan discovered his passion and strengths within activities and well-being, and found that he could make the greatest impact by bringing joy, purpose, and connection to residents' daily lives. Rockcliffe Entertainment was created from that passion and reflects Nathan's commitment to enhancing the quality of life of those in care through thoughtful person-centered activities that truly make a difference.

DANIELLE- SENIOR ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR
Danielle is a dedicated and caring member of the Rockcliffe Entertainment team, with a strong focus on resident well-being and emotional support. Danielle works closely with residents to deliver meaningful activities tailored to individual needs, interests, and abilities. She is known for her warm personality, reliability, and natural ability to put residents at ease. Danielle understands the importance of dignity, patience, and empathy, and she strives to ensure every resident feels valued and heard.With a passion for enhancing quality of life within care environments, Danielle contributes positively to the atmosphere of the home, supporting both residents and colleagues with professionalism and compassion.

TOM - ACTIVITY CO-ORDINATOR
Tom is a valued member of the Rockcliffe Entertainment team, bringing enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for improving residents’ day-to-day wellbeing. Tom plays an active role in delivering engaging activities that encourage participation, social interaction, and positive mental health. Known for his calm and approachable manner, Tom builds strong relationships with residents, ensuring everyone feels included, respected, and supported. He takes pride in creating enjoyable moments that help residents feel connected, stimulated, and uplifted. Tom is committed to maintaining high standards of care, professionalism, and compassion in everything he does, making him a trusted presence within the homes he supports.

LAUREN- COMMUNITY & OPERATIONS MANAGER
With a background in care and a Master’s degree in Creative Events Management, Lauren brings a blend of compassion, creativity, and organisation to her role as Community Engagement and Activities Manager. Lauren is friendly, bubbly, and always happy to help, she supports the company behind the scenes—keeping everything running smoothly through thoughtful planning, admin support, and community-focused activity design. Lauren is dedicated to bringing Nathan’s vision to life, helping the business grow, and ensuring that welcoming, meaningful experiences reach and inspire even more people.
