Nathan - Founder
"Rockcliffe Entertainment was built from a single, clear vision: to deliver a premium entertainment service rooted in the heart of the community".
Having been closely connected to the care home sector from a young age, Nathan grew up in an environment where he saw first-hand the profound impact of meaningful engagement and personal connection. Combining this deep understanding with years of entertainment experience, he founded Rockcliffe to bridge a crucial gap - offering structured, highly professional, and emotionally resonant experiences for both the hospitality and care industries.
Nathan keeps the business running flawlessly, on a given day, you will find him out in the community actively hosting events, bringing his natural warmth and enthusiasm straight to the venues. Behind the scenes, Nathan focuses heavily on strategic growth, and expanding our service offerings.
Tom L - Activities/Operational Coordinator
Tom is a valued member of the Rockcliffe Entertainment team, bringing enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for improving residents' day-to-day well-being. Tom plays an active role in delivering engaging activities that encourage participation, social interaction, and positive mental health.
Known for his calm and approachable manner, Tom builds strong relationships, ensuring everyone feels included, respected, and supported. He takes pride in creating enjoyable moments that help the clients feel connected and uplifted. He is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, and compassion in everything he does, making him a trusted presence within the events he hosts.
Courtney - Business Development and Marketing
Courtney is the driving force behind the scenes at Rockcliffe Entertainment, managing business development, brand strategy, and marketing operations. While our entertainment team is busy delivering memorable experiences on-site, while Courtney is working in the background to keep the business flowing smoothly, growing, and connecting with new partners across both the hospitality and care sectors.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building businesses, Courtney handles digital strategy and brand consistency. Her dedication ensures that the business and partnerships develop and our hard work gets seen. Allowing Rockcliffe Entertainment to continuously scale while maintaining its signature "Gold Standard" of service.
Lauren - Activities Coordinator
Lauren is a spark of pure joy and energy within the Rockcliffe Entertainment team. Known for her enthusiasm and vibrant character, Lauren loves nothing more than getting fully stuck into every activity she hosts, ensuring that our sessions are packed with laughter, smiles and connections.
Lauren's passionate approach ensures that everyone feels motivated to join in. Her natural ability to lift the spirit of a room makes her incredibly popular with all clients and staff alike. She is dedicated to creating a warm, high-energy atmosphere, making every single event she does an unforgettable experience. You will see Lauren out and about hosting our quizzes and games, where she puts in maximum effort to keep everyone engaged and stuck in.
Shona - Activities Coordinator
Shona brings a wonderfully, creative, and thoughtful approach to the Rockcliffe Entertainment team. Passionate about delivering person-centred care, Shona excels at delivering events that spark imagination, and encourage engagement.
Shona has a natural gift for making clients feel completely comfortable, and deeply valued. Whether she is leading an interactive group activity or offering support during a themed event, her focus is always on creating a supportive space where clients can thrive. You will also see Shona out and about hosting our quizzes and games, where she puts in maximum effort to keep everyone engaged and stuck in.
Tom C - Activities Coordinator
Tom is a dynamic and dedicated member of the Rockcliffe Entertainment team, bringing organisation, positive encouragement, and specialised focus to our services, excelling at bridging the gap between group entertainment and one-to-one sessions. Ensuring every client receives the exact level of support they need.
Tom takes great pride in delivering tailored bespoke sessions, and group engaging activities.
